Separation programs consist in separating plastic, paper, plastic caps, batteries, among others, and take them to the waste disposal sites located at different points in the city; separating organic waste.
These programs propose reusing linen that are no longer in good condition and reuse them for cleaning; using both sides of paper sheets; reusing shampoo, conditioner cream, or body lotion containers; and reusing water from boiled
vegetables for watering plants.

These programs put emphasis in using the right quantity of cleaning products by incorporating dispensers to reduce waste; placing automatic lighting devices or automatic irrigation systems; and implementing the use of shorter washing machines programs for laundry. The goal of these programs is training staff and convincing guests to take actions to reduce environmental impact.
